The gym will be open tonight at 7:15pm if anyone would like to join and get some extra work in. Fighters who are competing next month should probably take this opportunity and utilize it to its advantage and benefit. I will most likely be working on setting up more of the equipment, so I will have everyone primarily focusing on technique more so than the conditioning aspect, since next week a high amount hard sparring and grappling will be a big part of our regimen. I will help you with some warm ups to get you all started, thereafter you should partner up and work on things you may feel are weaker areas of your abilities with each other. Thanks everyone!
